Who we are
This policy explains how Francesca (Frankie) Jago ("we", "us") collects, uses and looks after your personal information. It covers frankiejago.com, getaheadmedia.com, the Ease & Impact Community, and our courses, coaching and other services.
We're based in New Zealand and follow the Privacy Act 2020. Please also read our Terms and Conditions.
What we collect
We only collect what we need to run our business and deliver what you've signed up for.
What you give us directly, when you join a list, download a freebie, book a call, buy a programme, join the community or email us:
- Your name and email address
- Phone number or business details, if you share them
- Information about your business and goals that you share in forms, calls, coaching sessions or the community, and your answers to quizzes or surveys [including age, gender or interests, if you ask for these]
- Posts, comments and messages you add in the community
What's collected automatically when you visit the site, such as your browser type, device, IP address, the pages you visit and how you found us. This comes through cookies and similar tools (see Cookies, analytics and ads below).
What we get from others. Sometimes we receive your details from someone other than you, for example when you fill in a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, or someone refers you to us. When that happens we'll let you know we have your information, why, and how to contact us, unless you already know or an exception under the Privacy Act applies.
Payment details. We don't see or store your full card details. Payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal, who meet the PCI-DSS security standard for card payments.
How we use it
- To deliver the courses, coaching, membership or services you've bought
- To send you the emails you've signed up for, which you can unsubscribe from any time
- To answer your questions and look after you as a client or member
- To take payments and keep business records
- To understand how people use the site and improve what we offer
- To show you relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram (see below)
We never sell or rent your personal information.
AI tools
We use AI tools to help with everyday work, such as drafting emails, summarising call notes and preparing coaching materials. The tools we use include [Claude by Anthropic] and Motion, which can take notes during our calls.
When we use them:
- We only share what's needed for the task, and avoid adding sensitive details
- [We use business or paid accounts where available, set so our content isn't used to train their models]
- A real person (me) checks anything AI helps with before it reaches you
- AI is never used to make decisions about you that have legal or financial effects
If we'd like to record a call or use AI to take notes, we'll ask you first. You can always say no.
If you'd rather your information isn't used with AI tools at all, just tell us and we'll respect that.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run the business. They can only use your information to do their job for us, not for their own purposes.

Cookies, analytics and ads
Cookies are small files saved by your browser. We use them to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how people use the site.
We also use tools from Google (Google Analytics) and Meta (the Meta Pixel). These use cookies to measure visits and ad results, and to show our ads to people who've visited the site. This means some information about your visit is shared with Google and Meta, who handle it under their own privacy policies.
[We may also upload an encoded (hashed) version of our email list to Meta, so we can show ads to people already on our list or leave them out of ads they don't need. Meta can't read the list, and deletes it after matching.]
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work properly. You can also manage the ads you see in your Facebook ad settings and Google ad settings.
What you post publicly
Anything you post in the Ease & Impact Community, or comment on our social media, can be seen by other people. Please think before sharing personal details there, as we can't control what others do with them.
Links to other sites
Our site links to other websites and social platforms. We're not responsible for how they handle your information, so check their privacy policies before sharing anything with them.
Where it's stored and how we protect it
Most of our service providers store information overseas, mainly in the United States. We choose providers with strong security and privacy practices, and only send overseas what's needed to deliver our services.
We keep your information secure with password-protected accounts, two-factor login where available, and encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No system is completely secure, but if a privacy breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we'll tell you and the Privacy Commissioner as the law requires.
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or to meet legal and tax record-keeping rules.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it. Email us any time with the subject line "Personal information request". We'll respond within 20 working days, and there's no charge.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please talk to us first so we can put it right. If we can't sort it out, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
Emails and opting out
We'll only send you marketing emails if you've signed up for them or bought from us. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can email us and we'll take you off the list.
Children
Our services are for adults running businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If we find we have, we'll delete it.
For tips on keeping kids safe online, visit Netsafe.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last changed.
